Please remove the paired device from nokia 3500 you are dealing with and restart your phone. Again pair it and start receiving files. It is always a good practice when you receive a file from other device you always be on main screen of your phone not in bluetooth settings. I have seen phone with different operating system scause problem while receiving files when you are in bluetooth settings. Hope this helps you.

You have to choose the simple way to remove the password in your , Follow the steps below...

Insert the memory card into the card reader or any mass storage device into your computer

• go to the file <memorycard>:/system then find the file "mmc store".and rename the file to "mmcstore.txt" (Hidden file should be made as shown from tools->Folder option->Show hidden files)
• Now open the file in notepad ,
• No you will see the password.

When you place a new or a existing SIM card from another phone provider into your mobile phone and it asks for a Security code then :-
This phone is locked to the original mobile phone provider. You need to contact this mobile provider to ask for the unlock code (security code) for this phone.
