have you hard reset the phone by takign out the battery then putting it back in? How old is your battery. If it is 1 and a half years or more. it is time to get a new battery

No, you can't bypass that screen. The only way is get new HTC Touch Diamond unlock code and remember don't try to put wrong code again and again it will cause your phone in hard locked state. Go find new HTC unlock code then put that code in your phones. I hope my answer can help you, thank you.

First, download Windows Mobile Device Center from Microsoft ( Google it) and install it in Windows 7
Secondly, plug the HTC diamond touch with USB connection and wait for the windows update search the driver of HTC Diamond Touch.(This will take a while)

Hi there, Sometimes a SIM card can come loose in the back of the phone. Take off the back of the phone and take out the battery. Locate the SIM card. It's normally white and rectangle. Pull it out and then push it back and and make sure it is tight. Put the battery back in and let it boot up and see what happens. If it doesn't work, it sounds like you need a new SIM card, so you will have to go to your carrier.
