Enter your model number and operatingsystem when requested. Download and install the Audio drivers.You can also try the VLC Player. It comes with drivers and codec. I've seen it solve many sound issues.Try using VLC as your player. Go to www.google.com andin the search box type "download vlc" (without the quotes). Look for the Video Lan download from site www.videolan.org/vlc Downloadand install it. It downloads and installs in 3 minutes or so. It'sa very fast player, smooth and it can play just about any type of dvd formatsand media. It's totally FREE.

It sounds as if you need a new charger. Try removing the battery and start the machine with just the charger. If that works then it may be a new battery you need. Some toshiba notebooks have a 'power saver tool' preinstalled, which is used to monitor battery performance. What is your question regarding the BIOS password?

Possible that PC is hanging up as there is fault on the OS ( operating system) or a virus in the OS. Also it is possible that the memory card is a suspect. In this case you need to and swap a memory card. If not the OS is a suspect.

It is best to go for a paid antivirus software which you can get in a package. Personally we are not recommending any particular company but you can try with Avira, Antivir, AVG, Kaspersky. It is always best to install the antivirus when the installation of the OS is done.

Now before this you can open the internet options in the browser and clean all the cookies, temporary internet files, defragment the drives and RESTORE the PC to an earlier set date.

You can use a registry cleaner like Advanced system care. Download from the site and check you system for corrupt files. Also use a good antivirus software which is active to keep your system performing without an attack on the OS. Remove all unnecessary programs installed which you do not use all the time and clean up the drives. Sounds like a driver issue with the touch pad. You should try and reinstall the driver.

Could be a faulty plug, but most of the time is the cable. Borrow a cable from someone and see if the problem has gone. If the answer is yes, go buy a new cable.

User Profile cannot be loaded-if this is the problem try this:

1.Boot in Safemode. Tap F8 upon turning ON to enter advanced boot option.

1. download the audio driver from the toshiba's website with windows XP as operating system
2. go to downloaded audio driver folder
3. right click on the audio driver file
4. click properties, click compatiblity
5. tick the windows xp sp3 box
6. click apply and click ok
7. run the driver

keyboards are not difficult to replace and are cheap enough to buy just punch the name and model no of your notebook into google and it will show lots of places to buy one

if you check out the manual that came with the notebook it will show you how to replace it and if you dont have a manual you can down load one from the website save it to your desktop documents or pendrive but you will need adobe reader installed to read it
