Replace ethernet card

if you pick up a network card from your local pc store, you can either remove and replace your existing one (if it is removable) or just insert it into one of the spare slots on your motherboard after removing the blanking plate.

Acer Veriton X275 video card does not work, can it be replaced?

Yes, if you have a removable graphics card fitted. All you have to do is find one that fits. As the system has a socket 775 cpu it most likely has a PCI-E slot. So just look for one that fits. The Graphics on the standard system is integrated(part of the motherboard) So you don't even haver to remove the old one.

Step 1: There are a number of possible causes for BOOTMGR errors, including the most common "BOOTMGR is missing" error message. The most common reasons for BOOTMGR errors include corrupt and misconfigured files, hard drive and operating system upgrade issues, corrupt hard drive sectors an outdated BIOS and damaged or loose IDE cables Anothe reason you might see BOOTMGR errors is if your PC is trying to boott from a hard drive or flash drive that is not properly configured to be booted from. In other words, it's trying to boot from a non-bootable source. This also would apply to media on an optical drive or floppy drive that you're trying to boot from. make sure there are no disks in cd floppy usb drives Test all power and data leads that attach to your hard drive IDE,SATA the leads from your ((MOTHERBOARD TO YOUR HARD DRIVE)) make sure they have a secure dust free connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty if its a flat ribbon 40 pin IDE it will be the fist to fail Make sure all power and data leads that are attached to your drives dvd\cd have secure connections and are not faulty or just replace them they could be faulty a computer needs Data and Power to travel through every working device and to continue its cycle and to have an end so any faulty leads will end up with a computer error. also make sure you have set it boot from you hard drive in BIOS Restart your computer and enter BIOS mode. On most computers this is done by pressing the Delete ot F2 key but will vary depending on your computers bios other keys Acer: - Ctrl+Alt+Esc , ALR PC: (F2) or (Ctrl)(Alt)Esc) , Award BIOS: (Del) or (Ctrl)(Alt)(Esc). Scroll over to the "Hard Drives" tab, and make sure your computer has the hard drive assigned to be on. Often during BIOS you can select auto-detect or change options with your hard drive to make sure Windows can recognize it. Once you've selected your desired options, continue to boot.

Monitor can't get a signal from computer

Monitor is working fine so... Check on the CPU... You might see it running but not. While the PC is OFF and power cable is disconnected, try removing the memory and clean it with pencil eraser, put it back carefully, check also vga / pci cards then turn it back ON... that will work.

Flashing green lightbulb

Do you hear the fans running? Do you hear the hard drive spinning? Did anything ever appear on the monitor? Remove the Power Cord, Open the Case and remove one of thememory chips. Set the chip aside then try rebooting the computer. If it boots, then you know the memory chip you set aside is bad so mark an x onit with an ink pen. If it fails to boot then move the chip to the nextmemory slot and try rebooting. If it fails take the chip out and set itaside, then put the other chip in and try booting it in both slots. If itboots, just to verify that the chip set aside is bad, mark an x on it and putit into the open memory chip slot and try booting.
