Are the spots the same on every page?

Start a print from tray 1/manual feed and just as the trailing edge of paper is entering the machine; quickly open it to stop print and take out the cartridge and look at the drum and the paper underneath. If the issue is there at that point then it would point to the cartridge. If not then it is in the fuser area.

If it is the drum area:

Clean the loose toner up with a dry lint free cloth.

Open the front door and pull the whole toner and drum unit out of printer. The toner locking lever is usually on the left hand side as you see it and is usually blue in colour. It needs compressing and at the same time lift the front of the toner cartridge out of the drum unit. Your new cartridge will simply lock into place. When you install the complete unit and close the door, the new toner cartridge will reset your printers counter.

you have take out zamed paper from the printer from the back side of the printer by ejecting the try from back side if it present. or pull out your tonner and then pull out the zame paper.

you can pull fairly hard, the printer should release the paper just before it tears.

I wouldn't assume that you aren't out of/low on toner.
Try taking out the toner cartridge and tap/shake it to disperse the toner that is left in it. If that changes the way it is printing, it is about time to replace that cartridge.

Possible reasons are: 1.empty toner cartridge, 2.dirt under one of the toner cartridge's developing roller, 3. dirt on the primary charge roller in the drum cartridge, 4. obstacle on the laser path. Replace the empty toners first and try printing again. Follow the next steps if it didn't solve the problem. Print a test page with 4 stripes across the page - black, cyan, yellow and magenta. See if all have the missing toner line or only one of them. If the white stripe is going trough only one color, inspect the cartridge with that color. It has to have the same stripe on the developing roller. See if there is some dust beneath it that makes the stripe and clean it with a brush. If the stripe is across all colors, then inspect the drum unit. The drum itself has to be evenly shining on the light. If there are uneven matte tracks on it, consider replacing. There should be a gap somewhere for the laser beam to pass and the drum is visible trough it. Look trough it for obstacles like piece of paper or hair. The primary charge roller has to be close to that gap inside, touching the drum. Look for dirt on it. Clean if possible. Toner cartridges last approx. 6500 pages. The drum cartridge lasts between 14 000 and 28 000 pages depending on the color use.
