This can be caused by a bad cartridge or by a failed film on the heater in the fuser. Try a new cartridge if that does not change the print quality then you will need to have yoru fuser rebuilt.

Call your fax number from a cell phone. Listen to the fax noise on the phone and watch the operator panel on the printer. It should show that a fax is coming through.

If it doesn't, call your phone company and have them check the line from their office. If they say that the line is good, try swapping the phone line. Also plug a telephone into the end of the phone line coming from the wall. See if the phone works. If the phone works, you might have a bad fax card in the printer.

The display panel gets its signals from the formatter.

Problem is in your power supply section Check it Properly or call some technician

Are you using USB or a network connection?
If it's USB use a different port on the computer.
If you can, try it on a different computer
Print out the Event Log. See if any errors are showing.

Go to menu option and choose the option fax and set the parameter like auto receive or manual set the ring auto answer mode after certain ring. If it is in auto receiving mode it will receive the fax after the ring which you set. Make sure the phone wire which you insert in fax machine getting proper dial tone and getting out going calling facility.

hello check the paper path first pull up the cover of adf u will see the feed rolers clean them & for blokage i think ur problem will be resolved.
