replaced the t8ah 250v fuse and it still blow when i turned on the tv

A 2 Blink error code is a 15V SOS. Either your D board ( logic pcb ) is bad, or you aren't getting your 15V from the power supply. Check the 15V line from the porwer supply to the logic board. if the 15V are there then you need to replace the D board. If they are not, then your power supply is at fault.

Look to see in the set menu and a box menu if used that SAP has not been selected(secondary audio program) as this will cause your kind of problem

It may be too late but when this happens the set needs to be instantly unplugged, cover removed and dried out with either compressed air or at least a hair dryer to have any chance of saving it.You understand a tiny amount of water can damage several boards instantly if the set was turned on before it dried out.

Unplug the set for at leasat ten minuts, then after plugging back in re program it following the onscreen menus to get the settings you wish

Hello,Thanks for your question! A 7 light SoS on a Panasonic Vera indicated that 3 seprate PCB printed circuit boards have failed there pre power consumption inline test. Allot of people call this the 7 lights of death because of the extensive repair job that would need to be done to fix the unit, the cost.We however are not there to examine the TV from our POV but the 3 PCB boards in the unit would refer to your issue today. Thats a driver error which is usually indicating the SC board has an issue. But it could also be the SU or the SD boards. But the SC is most likely for the 7 blink error

Check your Menu for Demo Mode,make sure in Not Enabled

i think supply got faulty. need to be check from Service provider

its not only fuse issue. it can be supply capacitors faulty. contact near service provider

Suplly capacitors faulty need to be replaced

its a cable issue / back baznet fitting problem

i think there is a moisture on your internel LVDS cables
