Have the security settings been changed under User Tools / System Settings / Interface Settings / Permit SSL - TLS? If this is set to "Cyphertext Only," you may not see the machine from your browser. You could also check "Permit SNMPV3" settings. If it is set for "Encryption Only," this may be a factor. My machine is a bit newer than yours, so it may be a wee bit more advanced in the networking flexibility. On the computer side, what OS are you running? If it is Windows 8 or 7, you may look under "Advanced Sharing Properties," and turn it down to 40 and 56 bit encryption. This last thing is pure guesswork on my part.

Counter? If you are looking for the counter page press the button with a diamond shape and a 123 icon on it. There you will see a counter, press ok and print and the green button!
