See if you can find a printhead assy. The printhead houses the LASER which places the image on the drum. It a legacy Minolta (Now KonicaMinolta) machine, but you mite find one on the internet. Hi, It could be the transfer belt that is not cleaning properly, causing a ghost image.

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

Description Intermittent C-0201 (C0201), C-0202 (C0202) and C-0203 (C0203)paper lift error codes. Solution PROBABLE CAUSES: 1.The trail edge paper guide (p/n A03U R756 00) may not be pressed against the paper. This will allow the paper to fall backwards and induce the error code. Instruct the end user to check the position of the trail edge paper guide whenever paper is loaded into the paper tray. 2. Coupling for the tray lift for Tray 1, Tray 2 or Tray 3 is obstructed or out of alignment causing the tray to not lift. Inspect the coupler in the back of the machine for paper preventing the pin from seating in the coupler. Check alignment when tray is inserted. If out of alignment try to adjust the drive to properly align.

You can shake it from side to side. It will break up the toner. Side to side only. Or the connection of the cartridge into the machine it may not reconize cartridge. And if it has a pull strip it will/g ?|ask

I removed Drum Unit, emptied excess toner, cleaned and installed. After short start-up code cof32 appeared.

• Description: Fusing heaters trouble (edge) • Detected temperature of the heating roller thermistor (TH2; edge) does not go up a given range of temperature even after a lapse of given period of time at warm up. • The warm-up is not completed even after the set period of time has elapsed after the warm-up is started.
• Remedy: 1 Check the fusing unit for correct installation (whether it is secured in position). 2 Check the open/close operation of the right door. 3 Check the fusing unit CN30-PRCB CN16, fusing unit-relay CN4AC-DCPU CN2 for proper connection and correct or change as necessary. 4 Change fusing unit 5 Change PRCB 6 Change DCPU

This is from manual, try to reset trouble code: 1-Turn the machine "OFF". 2-Press the "STOP" button on the basic panel. 3-Keep the button pressed and turn the machine "ON". 4-Do not release the button, until the machine warm up. 5-After few seconds Error code will remove and machine will reset.Basic menu will show no error on LCD screen.This means error code has been removed and photocopier machine is ready to use. your machines NVRAM is bad, did you have the main board replaced ? You are going to need a technician to repair this as the either the machine firmware is corrupt or the NVRAM module need to be replaced along with the main board $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ you can not reset!!!!! the NVRAM module and or main board work together, or the firmware is corrupt not the print drivers but the machine operating system which (firmware) is on a secure server with access to only KonicaMinolta dealership technicians.
