High temp on the fuser. To reset. On the right side of the machine just below the scanner section (The part with the big glass) is a cover next to where you connect the Ethernet cable. Remove the cover with machine on use a small screw driver and gentle depress the small black switch the machine is going to go thru some screens when you the screen with copiers on it to the left on the screen in the middle you will see a "." when that is displayed press 3. Code will come back but now press the Utility/counter button should see button that say maintenance mode press that see trouble reset press that machine again will go thru warm up procedure will see the "." DO Nothing! Should go to "Ready to Copy" if the code comes back have a technician look at it DO NOT CONTINUE TO RESET the code is for the Hot Part called the FUSER. Can catch on fire! That will ruin a perfectly good day!!!!

First Conduct a "Drum Dry". In (User or Admin Mode) Then clear the developer and drum unit counters in Service mode. Then power off Use Main Power inside switch . Ensure fax and ether net cable is remove no copies or faxes can be printed until the procedure is done or you will have to do it over again. Open the right side and remove a small plastic cover which covers a electrical connection DO NOT YANK the image unit out until the cover is removed and connector disconnected. Or you will have bigger problems!!!!!!!!!!. Then take apart the image unit and replace the Drum the Cleaning blade and the developer. This is complex RECOMMEND you get a Technician to do this. The counter need to be cleared because the machine determines voltage setting base on the counters you don't clear them the
copier increase voltages on a new drum because it thinks the drum is used based on the counters. Then you have to run the Gradation test and density test with machine produced print outs.

I REALLY RECOMMEND A KMBS TECHNICIAN do this!

Sir/Mam either the code is wrong or the model is wrong. The code is for a Minolta or some konicaminolta machines the model you list do you mean Di5510 which is a Konica machine that use Konica codes like SC35-03. Also the machine problem is listed under Bizhub 250 which I could not fine the code for either.

Sattle stich stapler or the corner stapler.

Corner is inside the machine open the front door turn green knob to bring stapler out then remove the blue/green cart. do not throw a way you will be replace the staple not the whole cart.. Sattle stich is the stapler that make you booklet with to staples in the middle. will be up on top of the finisher but under it same deal do not cast away replace staples only and make sure that you pull out the top section and reseat so the copier knows you replace those staples

Sir, once you replace the image unit you are good to go! There is a fuse the image which the copier will blow it's ok the blowing of the fuse lets the copier know it has a new image unit installed, you don't have to run F8 when the fuse blew the copier did that automatically . Now if you replace the developer and drum seperaterly that is a whole different story? Please advise, thank you

Yes there are 2 soft switches...... left side is for trouble reset.
Remove fuser unit from copier
Reset code co05XX
The copier needs to give you a scree with wait for warm up; if not some thing else it's going on
If you get the wait for warm up ...eventually you'll get a C05XX code
Reset and test it with the fuser unit in.
Troubleshoot fuser unit in case you get another C05XX
Tom

Enter service mode and clear counter for drum, then power off the machine remove drum cart. then remove drum and replace with new one recommended that developer also be replace at the same time clear that counter first along with drum counter. once drum and developer replaced run F8 in service mode before making any copies or prints or will have to do it all over again.
