You may need to have the programs inside updated.. Mine used to randomly shut off and turn itself back on, but once I took it to a main Verizon store and had them update the programs it has not done it since. It depends on the version it has...

How to block a # on a env2
Go to Verizonwireless.com and sign into your online account. Click "My Services" tab at the top. You then should see on the right "Verizon Safeguards". click that and it will show two options. Click "Spam Contorls" and enter the numbers you want to block.

Unlocking my phone
you have to take it back to the verizon store. they'll fix it for you with their enV 2 equiptment.
this happened to me on my voyager.
all fixed :)

Your LG phone comes with a one year parts and labor warranty covering manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials.
You might visit a Verizon repair center if you're having problems with the phone, but remember that your phone warranty does not cover wear and tear, battery issues, or accidental damage.

Inner Screen doesn't work on env2
it will be demaged.
contact repair centre because the upper layer can be replaced with less expence.
but do the same in your presence.

Lg env2 not charging
The issue is the charger port on the ENV2 breaks fairly easily.The first step is to contact your carrier to see if it is coveredunder warranty. If it is, great get it replaced.
If not, you have 3 options:
1. you can get the charging port repaired. The cost is about 50 dollars. I recommend
Cellulardr.com2. you can get a new phone. cost ???
3.You can get an external battery charger to charger the batteryseparate from phone. cost about 25 dollars. Check out the following linkfor ones that are available on ebay. A extra battery is a good idea aswell so you can have one cha
rging at all times.
