I purchased my Shark X-Tended Steam Burst in February and it's not working! Kids are up to iron school clothes and it's not working...it lights up but no heat at ALL! I'm very upset about this product! I spent really good hard ward money for this product to avoid buying a way cheaper one to end up with the same results! I can honestly say when it was working properly I was absolutely in love with it...but know with it not working it feels like a waste of money with such a short time to use it...very upset customer!
