the best way to clean the fan blades is to take like a paint brush or some type of brush and clean it that way. there isn't a way to take that apart. if you try to it can be difficult to put back together. if you have any other questions please let me know

I have the same model; it has a little disk about the size of a dime at the bottom of the well where the mist comes out. That metal disk gathers white scale on it, Clean that off. The best way I have found is with a Waterpik turned all the way up. The scale keeps the disk from vibrating.

I think you may have the model number wrong. You have given the model of the filter that replaces the BWF100 and HWF100 filter for some models of Bionaire humidifiers.
