Green light keep blinking but not stay still on so tv can not be turn on.
This is called the blinking light of death in these sets---when power is removed from set and put back the light should blink for about 70 seconds and stop----it is the digital signal unit booting up.About the only common easy failure for this is there are 4 caps on the power supply board that fail---they will be puffed up on top like photo attached.

Red indicater lite on
I would first suggest checking where lamp plugs into the two pins that the replacement lamp went in correctly----it is not uncommon for it to push the contacts away (not engage correctly) and you will be able to see this with the lamp removed---red should be lamp light failure and most of these have a self check button sequence based on actual model number.

Sound won't work
If your TV has a picture but no sound, start by checking the obvious such as whether the mute button is on or whether the volume has been turned all the way down. Next check your cable connections and make sure everything is plugged in tightly. Change channels to make sure that it's not a technical difficulty with your TV service provider or TV station. Call your service provider to see if they're experiencing issues with their audio.Try reconnecting the HDMI cable after you turn off the TV.Make sure your remote is on the correct input, and see if you have sound while playing a DVD or video game. For a simple troubleshooting checklist, see
No sound on TV and get more details on some simple fixes for this problem. I hope this helps!

I have a mitsubishi 73735 television that is not
Hello, welcome to Fixya! My question would be; how long have you been using the TV and have you every changed the lamp?If you have never changed the lamp or if it has been a long time since you changed the lamp, then it means the lamp needs to be changed. The red lamp staying on, also could mean a power problem. But,in any case, go ahead and change the lamp. Hopefully, it should fix the problem.Regards.
