call a gas fitter as you have a problem with the jets/ supply that is creating a dangerous situation leaving unburnt gas ( you can smell ti) that could cause an explosion

There is a sensor that detects the oven temperature, it must be defective and sending a signal that oven is at set temperature and this shuts off the gas valve.

Check for a GFCI plug that needs to be reset. It can be in another room, like the garage.
