How to make a smoothie with my bamix handheld blender
That wonderful little stick is all you need, I sure love mine! Make sure your Mixing cup is larger than the one supplied and remember to pump up and down vigorously as you blend. Keep swirling the bottom to make sure everything got picked up and blended. You can also make powdered salt,(great for french fries) powdered sugar, Dried garlic can be made into your own freshest garlic powder (great for spaghetti and pizza). peanut butter, apple butter and Whipped cream. I also use mine to make a crazy Jello only treat that tastes like sherbet, ice cream and Jello just by blending Jello and Ice cubes. Then I chill right away after pouring it into small 3 inch glasses.

If you haven't used it for a while tiny food particles and grease etc can harden on the shaft.Place the shaft part in a jusg of hot water for 5-10 mins then switch it on. This usually works . If not carefully remove the shaft with pliers. Put a piece of paper towel under the plier so you don't damage or scratch the shaft.
