From Kitchen Aid they only come on a new motor. I am a Kitchen Aid service agent and I remove them from burnt out motors and keep them. Look for a service agent near you and see if they can help you out. I have no idea where you are, I'm in New Zealand.

There is no microwave hood on a Kitchen Aid blender

If this is a Kitchen Aid blender with the flashing lights then you will need to remove the motor base cover and check the motor for a circuit. If it is open circuit then either replace the motor or locate the thermal fuse (under some white tape and aluminium clip on one of the field windings) and either replace or bypass fuse if it is open circuit.

You could try asking this in the Tefal part of this forum instead of the Kitchen Aid area as folks who know Tefal may not be browsing this area. You could also be a little more specific about exactly what the fault is that needs repairing.

Check the motor for continuity, it may be open circuit. If it is locate the thermal fuse covered with insulation tape on one of the field windings (where the metal clip is) Check that for continuity, if faulty bypass or replace it.

Lever it off with a screwdriver, it is aluminium and the threads on the ring will break away. Pick them out of the thread on the motor shaft and screw on a new coupling, it will be left hand thread.

Magnet is not available as a separate part, you need to buy a new motor and be more careful in the future.

Kitchen Aid blenders are used for chopping/blending not heating.

Try asking this in the dishwasher department, asking it in the blender dept will invite unhelpful replies like this 'cos I know nuthin' about dishwashers.

Assemble it with motor secure and base & feet on. Drill 3 or 4mm hole in edge of coupling Put screwdriver into hole on a large angle and whack the handle to undo the coupling. You are whacking it to turn in the same direction it turns when the motor is running.

Buy a new one

Check for loose connections from mains cable to PCB and from PCB to motor. Check motor for circuit continuity, it may need a new motor, it is rarely the PCB.

This will probably need either a new thermal fuse on the field windings or a new motor.

Look on the internet they can help you get that done.

make sure that the tracks are clean on it to roll in and out of.

the jets need to be cleaned get some finish and use that and see if it helps.

It is more likely the motor is faulty than the circuit board. Test the motor with a meter.

Blenders are not to be used for washing dishes, that may be where your problems are.
