This could be a issue caused by calcification from the tap water that is always in the system and depending where you live also has a bearing on the hardness of the water .There is commercial decalcification tablets that needs to be run through the system regularly ( descaling tablets or powder sometimes used in irons and kettles to clean them is what you need ) If you have been maintaining your machine in this way you may need to follow the internal plumbing and check any plastic or rubber hoses making sure they all maintain a proper seal and there is no clogging inside any pipes attach your own tubing so that you can blow air into the line making sure there is free flow .Last but not least you have to check the manual or investigate yourself to make sure there is not some adjustment that can regulate the flow and be reset .
