I just bought a hamilton beach flex brew and the water is not coming out of the resevoir to make the coffee, the pot just runs and nothing comes out... i have only had this for about 2.5 weeks.

Hamilton beach brew station spring problem

The spring goes at the top of the stem, under the filter basket. This keeps tension on the basket, so it will pop up when you remove the cover.

12 cup brew station there is a rubber gasket

You can;t replace the gasket or reinstall it. Mine did the same thing. Call Hamilton Beach customer service at 1-800-851-8900. Tell customer suppot what the problem is and they will most likely send you a whole new tank for the cost of shipping which is only $5.00. Apparently this is a common problem so they stand behind their procduct by replacing the tank for free plus cost of $5.00 shipping. I love Hamilton Beach!!!! Katherine
