All Manuals are available on Frymasters website. the orifice is located in the pilot line where the gas line connects to the pilot. You will have to unscrew the fitting and remove the orifice. It is best to clean the entire pilot assembly and the gas line going to the orifice. Many times when a pilot tube has leaked and possibly burned incorrectly, the gas line can fill up with suit. Your clogged orifice could recur if the line is not cleaned as well. I have had to return to customers locations only to find an orifice I cleaned was clogged again. I then removed the pilot feed line, when I blew through is it filled my hand with black suit. It can be a messy and frustrating job to pull all this apart. You may want a professional. Defective thermostat.

Defective thermocouple. It is the metal tube that is in the flame of the pilot light.

One time this happened to me on a gas stove. I used an electric drill with drill bit to clean it out. It will only work if the line is straight, no bends in the line.

This might be due to a loose wire in the light that or it is going out.

Drill out all the small holes on the burners(pillars). Remove them by taking out the two bolts at the top of each burner.

The burner or the burner venturi is clogged. The burners are held in place with 2 bolts at the top and you need a 1/2 inch wrench. Remove the bolts and lift the burners off the brass orifices. Make sure all the holes are clear. If they are clogged they need to be drilled out. You should not have yellow in the flames in the burner tube.... kinda looks like the are sooting. This causes flames to come out the bottom of the burners.

There is an adjustment screw on the main gas valve, usually under a cover screw. It will be near where the small pipe that goes to the pilot light.
