In my limited experience magnetron failure is common but testing is not easy or safe. Anyone reasonably competent can check that mains power is feeding the primary of the big transformer but unless you have eht test equipment and some training your testing should stop there and hand it over to an accredited repairer. The voltage and current on the high voltage side of the transformer is potentially lethal and far exceeds the capacity of equipment available to the handyman..

the turn table is connected in the wiring with no on and off switch

The only way to stop the beeping is to push the cancel button then immediately open the door. This is the only microwave Ive ever encountered that doesn't stop the beeping when you either open the door or push the cancel button. To make it even more irritating, the beeps are VERY loud and long. You have a shorted door switch or a loose, misaligned, or broken door switch mount. It's probably the top or bottom door switch, not the middle one.

Usually the cost of a Control Panel cost more than replacing the whole unit.

This may occur due to faulty breaker check by replacing,if the problem is due microwave than it can not be intermittent.

I am guessing it is actually an F-11 which means the keypad has a short and needs replacement. This would go along with the keypad not working. Maybe if you examine the connections to the keypad carefully you might find a fault and be able to simply repair the keypad connection. Best wishes!

If you can remove the cover and shake the screw out, you would be better off. You never know if the screw fell onto the circuit board, and may short out when plugged in and turned on. The top and sides of the microwave are most likely one piece, and held in place by screws on the back and at the bottom of each side. Good luck...
