The turntable doesn't turn. Will using the microwave until I can replace the motor harm anything?

If the turntable platform has wheels sometimes they accumulated grease or other material that gums them up. This will cause the turntable to lurch and/or jump during rotation. Remove the platform and soak it in hot soapy water taking care to clean each wheel. Rinse, dry and re-install the platform.

Reading F3 and workes by it self

MAKE THIS TEST AND FIX IT. God bless you
  1. Interlock switchIf your microwave is turning itself on, the first thing to check is the interlock switch. This is usually the first thing to malfunction that could cause this issue. If the interlock switch is bad then it will need to be replaced.
  2. Main control boardIf your microwave is turning itself on and the interlock switch is still working, the probable cause is the main control board. If the control board is defective it will need to be replaced.

No power

Hello there and welcome to fixya This a fairly common issue with these microwaves Normally what the problems turns out being that the fuse that sits on the controle board inside So what you are going to have to do is first remove the outer shell this is done by removing the screws that are on the edge of the unit along the back then remove the screws on the sides then all you have to do is to slide the cover back towards the rear abnout 1/4 inch then the cover should lift off ok?the fuse sites on the right side on a electronic board on the right side as you look at he microwave from the front simply remove the fuse and replace it WITH THE EXACT SAME FUSE THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT then test the microwave it it now works great all u have to do is to put the cover back on and you are done okHowever if it does not work then you will have to investigate the power inverter and have it tested this part can be expensive (just to let you know ) ok?Please keep me informed on how this is going post me a comment ok?Best regards Mike

I have a new JVM1750 just installed yesterday.

That is your stirrer cover.Any arcing there is usually due to grease or food particles, so on a new oven that would be as mystery. But any time you get arcing under it, it has to be removed and cleaned.

I have the GE JVM2070BH02

Check the door switches with ohm meter and make sure they are working properly, the door switch has been known to disable the keypad when faulty.
