KitchenAid Architect® KEMS308S Electric Oven - Answered Questions & Fixed issues
I have a KitchenAid microwave/oven combo unit
That is where the vent is. You should feel some hot air there. If you do not feel the air that is the time to worry. If you have any other questions please feel free to ask.

F2 and E1 on front panel of oven
F2-E1 - Touch Pad (Keypad) Cable Unplugged -
Check the connection between the touch pad (keypad) and control board (clock) to make sure it is secure.
Select the 'cancel' function and wait 60 seconds.
If error code reappears then replace the touch pad, or touch pad and control board (clock) if all one assembly.
It appears your timer/clock has failed in this instance.
For replacement parts - head on over to PartSelect.com or RepairClinic.com and enter in your full model number for a full parts listing.
I recommend both sites because ...
FixYa has no affiliation with either site - I have been using and recommending them for years - trouble free.
PartSelect has a great schematic database for locating the part on your unit and great "testimonials" for each part that often times includes HOW-TO information.
RepairClinic has pictures of each part they sell and also a great how-to and troubleshooting for basic repairs.
If your unit has never been serviced - there should still be an original service manual enclosed in plastic taped to the inside of the shell.
In the service manual are Error codes, maintenance procedures, and troubleshooting steps you can follow.
Anything too complicated or beyond your scope should be handled by a professional.
If you think you want to tackle the repair - and have gotten stuck on a step - reply to your question and I will be glad to help you out.
Thanks for using FixYa - a 4 THUMBS rating is appreciated for answering your FREE question.^&*(

Both oven and micro wave
Ok, hopefully, this is the answer for f6e0 Microwave/Conv Oven KEMS378. Lost Communication err F6E0. Could to be a loose connection to the top control panel. Remove the top facia panel, unscrew the control panel and access the plastic connectors behind it. Checking the connections/reseating the plastic connectors got it working. Not forgetting to switch off the main breaker first!!
If this doesn't work, I advice you to call your local service agent and ask for a "Quote" for the repair.

INNER GLASS REPLACEMENT FOR KITCHENAID KEM308GSS0
I took it apprt removing the door according to manufacturers in structions and I found out it only needs a peice of glass, so I put it back together and put the door back for now and I ordered the glass from a parts supplier on the interenet after I dentifying the part online from an exploded Isometric assembly drawing on the vendors site. When it gets here I will install it. very simple a teenager could do it. The big question is why did it crack inthe first place?

I have the Kitchenaid Superba Convection wall oven Model KEBS207DBL1 and it won't stop beeping. Shows error code F2 e3 at times. Is there a fix?
This typically indicates an issue with the touchpad or control board. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and potentially resolve the issue:
Check the Cable Connection: The error code could be due to the touchpad cable being unplugged. Ensure a proper connection between your appliance's touchpad and the control board.
Power Reset: You can try resetting the oven by turning off the fuse or circuit breaker, waiting for 1 minute, and then turning it back on. Repeated power restarts may allow the oven to reset and resolve the issue.
Replace the TouchPad or Control Board: If the connection is fine and the error code persists, the issue might be a malfunctioning touchpad or a fault on the control board. In such instances, it's recommended to replace these parts entirely. Please note that this should be done by a professional to ensure safety and correct installation.
