Yes I have run into this problem in the field. It is a pain.could the touch pad and the controls on the inside of the door have got wet and it is shorted as to every time it starts it goes into delime cycle and sometimes if it reads an error it will not complete the delime cycle and try to run the cycle again.More of a description would help.Is this d/w old or new does it have a rough life or an easy one does your dish person slop water all over the control panel.

I need a part
Hobart's website has an online catalogue, if you want to deal directly with the source. You'll need to register with them in order to browse the catalogue, and download service & repair manuals. Otherwise, you can try calling their Customer Service number at 888-4HOBART (888-446-2278).
Alternatively, there are a number of suppliers that sell the equipment and parts.
Valiant Equipment in Florida is one of them.
If you bought this piece of equipment new, you might try contacting the vendor from whom you purchased it. (They will probably have stuck a decal on the unit with their name & phone number, hoping to get more of your business.)

Thanks for your question!
I'm sorry that you haven't received an answer yet.
The response rate on FixYa FREE questions is usually over 80%, but sometimes questions go un-answered when:
1. the question is unclear, incomplete, or poorly worded...
2. the question is mis-categorized - so the correct experts aren't viewing it...
3. the question requires an answer for something that cannot be explained online adequately...
4. specific training, tools, or equipment are required to avoid injury or death...
5. the Experts that are online simply don't have the resources to answer your question fully...
Please feel free to re-work your question if you feel one of these may be the reason.
Of course you are not required - but converting your question to a PAID one usually increases the reply rate as well.
Normal rates for FixYa are...

Your problem solved - guaranteed! Or your money back!!
If you don't want to pay - feel free to re-submit your question so it returns back to the top of the work queue if you still need help.

Hobart AM15-1 Low Temperature Dishwasher. Techs question. I just replaced main board and relay board but now getting a E1 error code, curious if anyone knows what it is?
Question edited for clarity.
Error codes should be on the rear label according to the Technical Manual
https://www.partstown.ca/modelManual/HOB-AM15T_spm.pdf
There is no E1 error code for that machine and is is suggested that the display may be faulty.
https://www.google.com/search?q=hobart+am15+e1+error+code
The only reference to E1 is here, for the AM-16 and an electrical 'type'.
https://www.hobart.ca/wp-content/uploads/pdfs/warewash/AM16-BAS-Base-Electric-CF48568.pdf
For LXi machines
Drain and fill error messages are displayed as E0, E1, E2, E3, E4, E5, E6 or E7. In all cases, the dishwasher will terminate current cycle operations, turn off all heat sources and display the message until the OFF button is pressed. (A power drain will not occur when turned off.) (See Troubleshooting.) If problem persists, contact your local Hobart Service Office
Phone Hobart Support. there are no Hobart Techs here, just me as caterer, career long Hobart user and Expert finder of information. Or try JustAnswer dot com.

Hobart AM-14 dishwasher is constantly filling with water.
Question edited for clarity and written English.
It is a professional machine, you have it serviced professionally by your local Hobart Service Centre and claim the repair against your expenses. The machines are way beyond the capabilities of someone that can just buy parts online.
It is either incorrectly wired or the control board or relays are are failing / failed.

What is wrong with Hobart dish machine says check water level
1.Loss of water pressure due to pump obstruction. Check for any obstruction at the pump intake.
2.Strainers clogged causing inadequate water supply to pump.
3.something may be inhibiting free movement of the low water float; remove any foreign object from around the low water float or its magnet.
