Hello Stephane Champagne - Try resetting the range by either unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately 30 seconds and turn on the unit. Select the self clean option, if it does not turn on then the temperature had tripped the internal sensor of the unit and needs to be reset. This usually has to be done by a professional since the back panel needs to be taken off and the power reset inside. Possibly the unit may have a communication problem with the EOC and I would suggest contacting a professional to move forward accurately.

You have an error between the control board and electronic oven control. 1. Test the harness and connections from EOC connector P16 to Oven Relay Board J2. 2. Replace the Oven Relay Board. 3. Replace the EOC.

E11 indicates a communication error where a technician needs to diagnose the control board.

If holding down the cancel/reset button for 15 seconds does not work, turn the household circuit breaker off to that appliance for 10 minutes. If the unit does not unlock itself you have either a faulty door latch/switch or control board miscommunication - contact a professional at that point.

I understand you have the new Electrolux/Frigidaire EW30 series slide in range, correct ? I also understand based on your post you're getting the E11 error message. According to the service manual, here's what it is and what you can do...

If you pull/slide the unit away from the wall and unplug it or turn the house breaker off for 30 seconds to a minute the control should reset.
