First check this things, is the compressor and fan on the compressor running. Mostly it will run, because in most of the cases it runs. ---------- Now I will explain the error code:---

There are two types of error code which comes up on your refrigerator.

-------One is 6 and 7 separate error code and other is combined 67 combined error code.

----As per most of the cases on this LG model refrigerator you are getting error code 67,

The error code only 6 is run capacitor for compressor and error code 7 is problem with compressor

But if compressor and its components are running quite smoothly. Then its error code 67, which in most of cases been noticed. so as per error code, the fan motor is issue. The evaporator fan motor issue. The evaporator fan located in the freezer section. This motor for fan is getting inside over heat and looses its communication with main board.

As per error code, the fan motor needs to be replaced. ----------

unplug the fridge and plug it back in after a couple of minutes. this will reset the control board located behind the fridge. if after plugging it back in, it doesn't work, then you need to have the board replaced.

That MIGHT be the control board but before you order anything you should check the thermistors. The board relies on data from them thermistors. If one is out of spec or even out of spec then that throws a monkey wrench in the works. What you need is a manual which shows the locations of these thermistors and some diagnostics info.
