you need to download the pictures off the camera. Once they are downloaded and erased from the camera, you'll be able to take pictures again.

Try changing out the batteries or charging the camera,also with a digital camera they will kill ordinary alkaline batteries I suggest using e titanium

There may be a way - try clicking on review first and then click on delete if this does not work then there is something wrong that is probably a returnable issue. Good Luck!

Upon doing a little research, I have found that the software that comes with this camera is available for download from the following location:

The software is named Photo Show Deluxe, and that link should have the link to download the software for you.

I would take it back to the store where you got it.  My daughter has one of these, but we never loaded the software, we just added an SD card and read the pictures from there.

There a question mark on the screen and I don't know how to get rid of it.

When you are sure all contacts in the battery compartment and on the battery are clean and shiny and you know for sure the battery is charged and in good condition, everything should work. Contacts can be cleaned with a dry cloth or cotton swab(s). Never use anything sharp. It could be the camera is defect, because one or more capacitors dried out. You won't be able the fine them or even to replace them. Sometimes we should accept things can reach an end of life to. Sorry

Although this should not be in the category Digital camera's I think I can help a little. The cassette player will be not that young, so it could be the contacts in the battery holder are corroded. Please clean the contacts, but try to avoid sharp tools. Better use some contact oil and run everything dry with a dry cloth, be cats once you removed the shiny surface the contacts will corrode much faster. Then you have to make sure you did put in the batteries in the correct way. And all the batteries must be in tip top order, that is fully charged or new. If only one bad cell in in the holder, the voltage will be to low and the recorder won't run. Success. Please next time ask in Audio or tape recorders.

Always check the batteries first but if is it still giving the same fault, your camera is faulty.
It should be taken to an authorized repair centre for a repair estimate. Very few digital cameras have any user-serviceable parts.
