You can get the descaling solution in liquid or powder form at cash and carry, or united groceries restaurant supplies , also search on internet and lots of places sell it. Hi that loud noise you were hearing was the pump not pumping enough water through it. Now it has probably burn't the pump out. All coffee machine manufactures use the same pump, so getting a new one is not a problem. Replace the pump and she'll be right. Dazza REPAIRER

Most probably the relay that drives both the heating element and the warmer.

A black thing like little box (relay)that containes 8-6 wires (2 from main board and rest just go other components.)

on top of the tank there is a thermocouple that could be gone, check the high limit/thermister, and check your thermostat.

are you sure the sprayhead isnt missing?

If your coffee grinder or burr mill stops working, please check the following:

1. Make sure the unit is plugged into a working electric outlet.
2. If it is plugged in and still will not turn, check to see if there are any obstructions around the blade. If there are, unplug the unit and remove the obstruction from the blade before reconnecting it to the power source.

If the above troubleshooting does not work, your product needs to be repaired or replaced. Contact an Authorized Service Center.
