Water doesnt get hot
The following video shows a coffee maching that was limed up and not heating. This covers most brewers for the home and the principles of heating and running. I hope this helps. I use a volt/ohm meter and temp gauge to explain the working dynamics of the brewer. Good luck!https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNVZkYPaZko
Need for you to send a new coffee maker
Watch my video on a pour over Bunn that had a heating problem, so I broke it down and cleaned it and explained where leaks come from in many situations on Bunnomatics...https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tNVZkYPaZko

I had the same problem. On mine (and probably yours) the problem was the seal between the (upper) plastic water reservoir and the lower (metal) heating reservoir. No replacement seal is available.
I fixed mine by coating both sides of the old seal with aquarium grade clear silicone sealer - available at pet supply stores. Just a light (1/16") coating is all that's required. Carefully re-assemble and allow the sealer to cure for 24 hours.
I did that over a year ago, and it hasn't leaked a drop ever since.

The unit is not getting power. If the receptacle is protected by a GFI, then press the Reset button. Otherwise, check that the circuit breaker (or fuse) to that receptacle isn't tripped.

You my friend have an internal short and should not be using that coffee maker. Either send it in to be repaired or replace the maker.
Heating element bursted,don't know if
The element can be replaced. I have rebuilt several thousand brewers of all types. My favorite brewer is Bunn. If it were me, depending on how old it was, I might just get a new one and chuck the old one because if you send it in to be fixed it will cost as much as a new one. If you do it yourself and you get the element, you should get the tank lid gaskets, and remove all the lime and by the time you get it done (especially if you live in some state like Indiana) and replace the heater element, getting wiring and parts together with no leaks from the fill basin or connecting parts, then removing the sprayhead every morning before brewing to be sure that small bits of lime scale aren't clogging the sprayhead. But that depends on the water used. You may find it will have not been worth your time. Here is the tip of tips...RO filtered water only. That's the ticket. You will get many years of service from your brewer. By the way, you can order the entire tank assembly and just drop it in...at least you could a few years ago. Have fun. Rick in Indiana

You will pour 1 quart of white vinegar in where you would normally put water to brew coffee. This should be done with the machine on and full of water. Please let this sit in the machine for 2 hours and then flush out with 8-10 decanters of water.
