the program appears to be malfunctioned it may be corrupted try reinstalling it or repair if it has an option when running the setup

try deleting the whole program and reinstalling it sometimes the lines get crossed when trying to activate the program had the same problem also might want to try doing it manually online yourself too if all else fails call them

If you can check the setting for the log file location and then locate it on the computer to see what the problem is.

That doesn't make much sense. Why don't you dismiss the requester and (iff it doesn't work without the pass) contact the software's maker about it, though? Perhaps by phone.

Additionally, you should probably cite exact messages, because; that way there is no confusion between your grammar and the software makers'.

If you get in touch with the maker of the software they should be able to send you out your seriel number from the details you gave them when you purchased it.

A simple solution i will give... If u have gmail account means in that you have option that settings.. There u can get animated explanation of configuring outlook express..

no unless your tv has dvd input ? proably not so use video 1 in or 2 3 4 ect in back of tv rca red white sound only yellow for video or s video cable looks nicer unless u have hdmi hi end models
