Citizen Eco-Drive watch Questions & Answers
Warning about charging a Citizen Eco Drive watch
The Citizen Eco Drive watches charge from exposure to light.
Daylight exposure can charge an Eco Drive in mere hours.
But many people have damaged an Eco Drive watch by trying to charge
it indoors, and put the watch too close to the light source, for example a desk
lamp.
The Eco Drive watches are very sensitive to heat, and they should never be
placed close to a light source.
If you cannot wear it on your wrist on a gorgeous sunny day, then set it face up on the windowsill.
Not rest the time

Hi I have a citizen
Your watch runs on light, you need to leave the watch under a light source for at least 18 hours, then as long as your wearing it, it should keep running if you are exposing it to light. At nighttime for a couple nights leave it under a light, so it has a good charge and keeps running. If this does not work then you need to call Citizen Watch repair at 1-800-321-1023.

I have an eco drive
the crown of the watch has two clicks, pull it gently once and you can set the date and day, pull it gently again a second time and you can set the time. The proper way to set the time and date is to set first the day, date late at the actual date, then move the hands around the clock until the date change at 12 oclock this is evening, then moving the hands around until you reach the actual time. By doing so you will set the day, date and time in syn to 24 hrs change.
example: you want to change it to sat 12th 11am
set the day and date to fri 11th
then move the hands around clockwise until the day and date change at 12 oclock continue moving the hands until you reach 11am

NO INSTRUCTIONS IN BOX
You can get instructions from the Citizen web site.
Go to "citizen.com" and on the upper right there is a menu. Click on "technical support" and then on "setting instructions"
Fill in the information required from the back of your watch and then click on "get setting instructions"

Citizen eco-drive wr 200 manual
I'll need more information about the watch. WR200 is not the model number. It is the depth in metres it is water resistant to.
The serial number is usually engraved on the back plate of the watch. The bit against your skin when you're wearing it. It's the number marked in red in the photo I've attached. Is this a digital watch, a watch with hands or does it have both?
Comment below with the serial number and I'll try to help you more.
