Citizen eco drive works erratically. Needs attention.
If by erratically, do you mean that it doesn't move on every second, but instead jumps every 2 seconds? If that's the case, that is an indication that the battery charge level is low. Try leaving the watch on a window sill where it would get ample sunlight. A solid full day of sun exposure should charge it up sufficiently.

Hi you need to send the watch to Citezen for a full check over and service.
the likely hood id that one of the gears is worn out missing a few teath so no longer catches to rotate the calender wheel.
My Citizen echo drive does not hold a charge.It is 9-Months Old .
Place the watch in direct sunlight of sunrise or sunset for a few weeks and also bright light but not hot light. Wear as usual in direct sunlight as the occasion allows. Once these kind of batteries are discharged, they need quite some time to recharge. Wearing a new solar watch most of the time indoors with bright light only, is normally not enough but once the battery reaches full charge, the extra bright light conditions can be relaxed.
