I just bought a used Fossil BQ9353 and had the stem and battery replaced The digital reading is so faint I can hardly read it. Is this the way it is or is there a light or is it malfunctioning?

some ana digi watches have two batteries one for the analaogue hands and the other for the digital part.

i would advise to have the watch checked and new good quality batteries fitted

I sent my Fossil watch for a new battery to location in Texas. How can I track it?

Track your package through the company you used to send it: FedEx and UPS typically provide tracking information when you send it, and you can track it with the number provided. If you used USPS, if you selected the tracking option when you mailed it, again, use the tracking number. All these vendors have websites, with clear information about tracking. If you dropped it in the mailbox, you cannot track it.

Hi I just got a fossil watch from a friend and he said it just needed a battery. but before i went to get a battery I noticed was the second hand moves freely which ever way you move the watch. So with no battery in the watch will that cause this issue?

The second hand has fallen off of the shaft and has to be put back if you want to read off the minutes.

I have a Fossil Big Tic BG2130 Watch which has 3 batteries. I have replaced all 3 but the digital part does not work still. Is there a reset somewhere

I have a Timex Digital Heart Rate Monitor 585 (product code T5C351F5)m, which has the same Short AC Pad and battery +ve message. There is an arrowhead pointing to the pad. It's a raised metal platform - a bit different to some of the Ironman's mentioned above. Here is a pic....
