I have a 2001 dinli dino 50 cc quad how do i bypass all the start stop remote kill wiring? Please let me know if its possable

It is possible. What you do is eliminate the unit and all the wires and wire the engine direst to the kill switch You need power to the coil from the kill switch, that's all. the second wire is ground, or depending on the design the kill circuit may be the ground side of the circuit. in any case the wire on the coil is positive power. you should find it fairly simple to eliminate the remote system if you think of basic requirements for the machine to run. Most remotes simply cut the power off. You will definitely need to connect 2 of the wires together. Judging from your pic I would cut all the wires and connect same color wires together.

I have replaced the magneto on my quad bike but the voltage regulator gets extremely hot. what is the reason for this?

The regulator does get hot normally you can glue a cooling grill yo it to help cool it, basically build a heat sink out of aluminium for it. put it where it will get some air blowing over it. As can example you will notice on a Harley that the regulator is mounter in front of the engine where it gets lots of air blowing over it.
