Update to windows 10, solved.

most browsers wont let it run- it's a big security risk. You can go to your browser settings and just tell it to run. In chrome: look in in your content settings: I have mine to sset up to ask first before each use.

If you can't afford to buy Photoshop, don't steal. Download Gimp legal and free. It will do most of what Photoshop does, once you learn the user interface. Using licensed software without paying for it is no different than walking into a store and stealing their product. http://www.gimp.org/

Hi, You could try running a "chkdsk" scan overnight to repair any damaged data on your hard drive. Open "My Computer" and right click on the drive you have you photos stored upon. Select "Properties" from the menu. Click on the "Tool" tab of the box that comes up. Click on "Check" and scan your drive for errors. If you get a message that it needs to "Schedule" the scan say YES. Reboot your system when your don and leave it for the the time it needs to do the scan.
