Kitchen Aid convection oven doesn't reach pre-heating set temperature

There are a few other things you can try to troubleshoot this issue:
  1. Check the oven gasket: If the gasket around the oven door is worn or damaged, it could be letting heat escape from the oven, which can prevent it from reaching the desired temperature.
  2. Check the oven igniter: If the oven igniter is faulty, it may not be able to draw enough current to ignite the gas and heat the oven. You can test the igniter with a multimeter to see if it is working properly.
  3. Check the oven thermostat: The thermostat regulates the temperature inside the oven. If it is faulty, it may not be able to maintain the desired temperature. You can test the thermostat with a multimeter to see if it is working properly.
  4. Check the control board: The control board regulates the oven's heating elements and can be a source of problems if it is faulty. You can test the control board with a multimeter to see if it is working properly.
If none of these solutions work, it may be best to call a professional technician to diagnose and fix the problem.

I set my temp on my pit boss 820 to 200 and it just keeps climbing to at least 400 what needs replaced

If your Pit Boss 820 pellet grill is not maintaining the set temperature and continues to climb, there could be a few potential causes.
  1. Damaged temperature probe: The temperature probe is responsible for sending the temperature readings to the controller. If it's damaged or malfunctioning, the controller may not be able to regulate the temperature properly.
  2. Faulty controller: If the temperature probe is working correctly, the controller could be the problem. If the controller is faulty, it may not be able to read the temperature correctly and regulate the temperature properly.
  3. Airflow obstruction: Another possible cause is an obstruction in the airflow. If the airflow is restricted, it can cause the grill to overheat.
To troubleshoot this issue, start by checking the temperature probe and controller for any visible damage or signs of malfunction. If they appear to be functioning correctly, check for any obstructions in the airflow. If the issue persists, it's recommended to contact the manufacturer or a qualified technician for further assistance.

All the lights on on our pallet stove when plugged it in

If all the lights on your pellet stove are on when you plug it in, it could be a sign of a malfunctioning control board. The control board is responsible for regulating the stove's functions, and if it is damaged or malfunctioning, it can cause the stove to behave erratically. You can try resetting the stove by unplugging it from the power source for a few minutes and plugging it back in. If this does not work, you may need to contact a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue with the control board.

While does my Elve stove top keep clicking ? I've cleaned the igniters. Turned off the power but they keep clicking

If you have cleaned the igniters on your Elve stove top and turned off the power, but they still keep clicking, there may be a few potential causes:
  1. Wetness or moisture: If any of the ignition switches, spark module, or wiring harness has gotten wet or damp, it can cause the clicking sound to continue. Try drying off the stove top and allowing it to sit for a few hours before trying again.
  2. Loose wiring: Check the wiring connections on the spark module and ignition switches to ensure they are tight and secure. Loose wiring can cause a short circuit and result in the clicking sound.
  3. Dirty burners: Even if the igniters are clean, the burners themselves may be dirty or clogged, preventing gas from flowing properly. This can cause the igniters to continue clicking in an attempt to ignite the gas. Try cleaning the burners thoroughly and see if that resolves the issue.
  4. Defective parts: If none of the above solutions work, there may be a problem with the spark module, ignition switches, or wiring harness. In this case, it may be best to contact a professional technician to diagnose and fix the issue.

Temperature keeps dropping and takes too long to heat back up ,constantly and taking product longer to cook

If your oven temperature keeps dropping and takes too long to heat back up, it could indicate a problem with your oven's heating system. Here are a few things you can check:
  1. Check the oven's heating elements: If one of the heating elements in your oven is faulty, it may cause the oven temperature to drop. Turn off the oven, unplug it, and visually inspect the heating elements. If you see any signs of damage, such as cracks or breaks, the element may need to be replaced.
  2. Check the oven's thermostat: A faulty thermostat can also cause your oven to drop in temperature. You can use an oven thermometer to test the accuracy of your oven's thermostat. Simply place the thermometer inside the oven, set the oven to a specific temperature, and wait for it to heat up. Check the thermometer to see if it matches the oven's temperature setting. If it doesn't, the thermostat may need to be replaced.
  3. Check the oven's door seal: A damaged or worn door seal can cause heat to escape from the oven, which can result in a drop in temperature. Inspect the door seal for any cracks, breaks, or other damage. If you notice any issues, replace the seal.
  4. Check the oven's control board: If the above steps do not resolve the issue, it could be a problem with the oven's control board. Consult a professional technician to diagnose and repair the issue.

How do I use the Scentsy temp burner on my p7 stove

The Scentsy temp burner is not designed to be used on a stove. Scentsy warmers use a heating element to melt scented wax, not an open flame. Using the Scentsy temp burner on a stove or any other heat source with an open flame could be dangerous and is not recommended. If you're having trouble using your Scentsy warmer, I recommend consulting the manufacturer's instructions or contacting Scentsy customer support for assistance.

How to replace light globe in Chateau Grange rangehood

I have a 600mm Chateau range hood with the same problem. To access the globe chamber, you need to first remove the plastic diffuser from the underside of the rangehood. Located at one end of the diffuser will be a small slot approx 10 mm long. Insert a small flat blade screwdriver into this slot and carefully depress the plastic tongue of the diffuser by gently pushing the head of the screwdriver away from the diffuser. As the tongue disengages from the frame you should be able to grasp the edge of the diffuser and pull it away from the frame. Once the diffuser has been removed from the frame, you will be able to change the globe.
To reinstall the diffuser, insert the plain end of the diffuser into the frame of the the rangehood (above the globe) and gently push the clip end back to its flush position.

Is there a a home 'fix-it' for a bowed bottom on an old Presto or Micro pressure pressure cooker?

Yes, heat it up on the gas and use a piece of 2" x 4" and a lump hammer. It is fine if it is indented a bit, concave looking from underneath. Or take a tray of coffee and donuts to your car workshop and ask them if they can put it in their hydraulic press.

I have a glass top Beaumark range model 13748 and cannot find my manual. 1 of the 4 top elements is not working. Is there a fuse that I could replace and if so where do I locate it?

Try moving the element o another location for testing. Normally if one element stops working it is faulty and needs replaced. This only applies if you have four separate coils one for each burner.

My DCS-RG-486GD oven won't get above 350-400 degrees, I have already changed the thermostat.

It sounds to me that you do not have the proper temp thermostat or the thermostat is not properly seated. You may also want to check your thermal fuse. It will shut the oven off if it detects improper or over temperature. Faulty parts can cause faulty use issues.

How to reset Amana electric stove please.

Question edited. I don't think your stove is named 'Amanda' so I changed it to 'Amana'. :>D This appears to be a control board or touch pad issue. Try pulling the plug on it, or turning off at the breaker for an hour. If that doesn't fix it, call for service. Control boards are expensive and you need correct diagnosis and warranty on the work and the part. https://www.google.com/search?q=amana+electric+range+f1+error ..
