what i did with mine was opened it up to expose the inside i found that a few wires and plugs had wiggled them selves lose.I put it back together and it worked.craig makes these tablets very cheaply.i will never by another craig product again.i now have a samsung 3 and love it bo issues what so ever.got tired of all the problems i had with craigs tablets and gave it to my niece.hope this helps.

A hard reset is worth a try but it is unlikely to fix the problem, it sounds like a hardware issue. Here are instructions for a hard reset Make sure the tablet is OFF. Press and hold the Volume Up and Power buttons at the same time. When the Android starts to flash, release the buttons. my tablet was working until this morning and a battery with a exclmaition mark come on

contact craig and have them mail you a memory card with os on it unless they have it listed on website.-

So easy, just look arround your tablet and find a small hole that says Reset Just press it for more than 10 seconds turned on and that is all.sets at Factory default. with that you will erase all, even passwords

look for a reset hole arround the device.just press it for more than 10 seconds and it is all(always the reset hole is near the pluggings holes like charging,earphone,USB connection)it is a very small hole that you have to use a pen or an unfolded clip

What type of router do you have? B,G,N I would guess your router is b/g and you need N.

i found this for the 741e model so i guess it's kind of the same no reset support for this one please talk to Craig for solution if not i would try flashing a new FW (download from manufacturer for your model see the document of the 741 attached CMP741e password recovery or factory restore

I would advise contacting the manufacturer for troubleshooting tips, and/or seek repair/replacement options.

power off then hit reset button (usually a pen tip will work). If no reset hold all buttons down. restore to manufacturer.

I always had to press one of the buttons on the side before the screen would come on for me to unlock the tablet, try it. :)
