look wich modem is online and connect arouter to it with broadband before doing all this unplugged the modem and run ainternet cable called cat 5 from modem to router install cd after that restart pc and plugged modem and router back in outlet

Either the router firmware was not for your system or the upgrade didn't take. If it just didn't take, you will have to reinstall the upgrade or reflash the upgrade manually. Your owners manual or the manufacturer's website should provide specific instructions on how to do this. Some keyboards have a feature called "Number Lock" It is mostly found on laptops. But turn it off to regain your default keyboard. On most keyboards it is located near the screen shot, print screen buttons. Push your shift key and the NumLk/ScrnLk button, and your keyboard should return to default. Hope this helps...... :)
