Missing B-key
Keyboards are really cheap right now. Honestly you'd be better off just buying a new one than trying to find a new key.
But to answer your question, I've never seen anywhere that sells individual keys. Maybe for a laptop, but not likely.

After replacing the batteries how to reconnect it
Hi,
Underneath the keyboard (or sometimes above the keys) you should see a small "connect" button. Press that and then hit the spacebar to activate the keyboard.
If you have a seperate reciever then press the connect button on that too.
Regards.

Gyration keyboard goes to sleep too quickly and then....
This sounds like an internal failure on the keyboard. It should not go to sleep. By removing the battery you are effectively resetting the internal logic. If the status light is on all of the time it may think it has (or have) a key stuck and is timing out to conserve battery life. If that is not the case it is time to contact Gyration Technical Support.
