If all you are looking to do is write a DVD (ie, burn ordinary OS-managed files onto DVD, without transcoding, etc.), or write transcoded DVD-structured files, or an .iso image file, then don't even try to use Nero. Use ImgBurn, it is 500% better for those kinds of tasks, and it's freeware. I use it to burn DVDs but use Nero to transcode files and create the VIDEO_TS folder files. One way of getting there is to find out the manufacture's name for the motherboard as well as the model number you seem to have supplied. Download the freeware named Speccy and run it. There is a portable version of Speccy, FYI. In the left of the menu, click Motherboard. The right panel will identify the manufacturer. Google that manufacturer's website and check there for a driver. Email them if one is not there and query.
