You could try to reset the passcode by pressing feature 983
the screen should say log:
enter 1020000 (default password) if you have a 3 digit intercom number, 120000 if you have a 2 digit intercom number
the display should say mbox, AA, and othr above the three soft keys. press the mbox soft key
the screen should say add, del, and chng above the soft keys
press the chng soft key
enter in the mailbox number you wish to reset the password on
press ok
the screen should say reset and next above the soft keys
press the reset soft key
your password will be reset to 0000
press the next key till you see the ext/name info.(about the second or third "next"
press the CHNG key and enter in your first and last name
the # key advances you one space press it twice to enter in the comma between the first and last name.
press the Rls key when finished

Hi.

This phones use an internal coin shaped or on-board soldered battery. If the phone loses data and programming each time there is a power surge, than the battery is gone. In that case it may be time to replace the phone.

Is the Program button on . If it is turn it off. You can also try resetting the phone by unplugging the silver line cord from the phone or the wall jack and then replugging it after about 10 seconds.

If you're using Nokia fone, go to Contact through the menu and select Caller group. There you'll be able to customize groups for your user. Select a group and customize/edit it.

Haha they are old! Enter programming by dialing Feature **266344, then using 266344 as your password. Your password may be different depending on your phone company. Contact them for more details. Scroll using navigation keys to "General Admin". Scroll to Time and Date, then select time. You can go through individually and fix the hour and minute. When you are done, press Rls

You can unplug the phone cord at the back of the unit or at the jack. There could be a trouble on the actual telco line. A loop x condition mimics line in use.

Did you try going to the voicemail to get the message?
I seem to recall it was 981 from your own phone. If it is passworded then you need an admin with knowledge

The no ring is also an ADMIN thing down in the lines and stations sections.
