Loaf collapses:Using the last recipe you used decrease the liquid contentby 1 tablespoon. If you still aren'tsatisfied on the next one decrease by another tablespoon. Decreasing liquid by 2 tablespoons totalshould work. If not, email me [email protected]

yes all bread machine paddles are designed to be removable for cleaning but if your machine has been stored away AFTER BAKING A LOAF

with your machine unplugged and using a screwdriver remove the bottom panel and see if the belt has popped off or broken. Let me know what you find.

I went to one site that has parts and they wanted $69.99 for pan assembly which is is unreasonable in my opinion They wanted $19.99 for just the seal and you would have to know how to put it on and you would still have a used pan.
