The Regal breadmaker manuals are particularly tough to find - haven't been supported for some time. You're not the only one needing for them, believe me.

I went hunting on eBay, found this merchant - - he's got quite the selection, including one for a Model 6750, and for ~$10, you can probably get precisely what you want.

Hi...Liquids and salt and sugar (if used) first. Next comes the flour....and finally your instant yeast sits on top of the flour. Salt will kill the yeast so if you use yeast that you mix with the water (proofing) then put the salt on top of the flour. Yeast and salt should be separated untill kneeding. Hank

Hi..That assembly is part of the sealed bearing in the bottom of the pan. That sealed bearing allows the shaft and paddle to turn freely. Unfortunately Regal stopped making bread machines and parts several years ago so the chances of you finding a replacement is rare. Hank

Hi,
Either the paddle is frozen in the bread pan ( take pan & paddle out of machine and see if you can turn it by hand), or the belt has fallen off or has snapped. (Keep the bread pan out of the machine & run a knead cycle, look through the lid window and see if the motor shaft spins. Hank

sometimes it is just a matter of the machine too cold, let it set a minute and press the start button again.

You did not post the model,and they make more then one model,
