I have finally after 2 months managed to re-install my Photo Impression 4 to my other computer. I zipped it this time and burned it to a DISC and then installed it. In my searching for a free download I saw many were looking for this which is no longer offered by Arc Soft. I will be happy to share it with anyone who wants to contact me at [email protected]. Do you own the video clip you wish to save? If copied from another source, it is probably copy coded.

Check the format is not as a DVD would be ... very large. Save it as am MP4 and try again.
