i think he has make new temperature setting so please turn on your temperature satting nobe to minimum point and check freezer,s compressor is working , i hope it will work again if not then possible there is any electrical problem possible or leakage in the copper pipe then try to contact to maintenance personnel for further action.

These are the best I can Do with the Diagrams but I can explane what is going on, and possible soloutions.

Your defrost drain is mostlikeley frozen. This is located on the right hand side, just inside the metal cover. When you remove the meteal cover (((evaperator cover or water pan))) you will see the hole on the right.

Since this is cloged then the water stays in the cover or pan and freezes after the defost cycle.

after you remove the cover you will see the evaperator (( aluminum tubing with fins))) and the heater ((( Black Rod )))

When your machine gose into defrost about every 8 hrs, this heater melts the ice off the evaperator((( Hence Frost Free ))) and the water goest into the (((( evaperator cover or pan ))) and flows to the defrost drain hole to a pan under the machine.


They make a after market heater for the drain... it is a pain to install.

First I would try to defrost the drain by poring war water down it and verifying it goes into the pan at the bottome of the machine.

When your done you will need to silicone around the (((cover / pan))) where it covers the defrost drain hole.

The defrost may be lasting too long....and ice cream is always the first thing to melt... you need at least 10 F to keep ice cream hard...

When they replaced the evaporator coil they had to re-charge the unit. Sounds like there may be a small leak.

Can't answer your question more specifically, since it seems to me you're saying at first, that the water just drips in (indicating clogged tube), but in the second line you state the receptable fills with water and freezes...at any rate, the web blog should help you figure it out.

hello. i can assist you. Is the thermostat knob turned to the proper setting? Is the compressor motor running? It's a football-sized case with no apparent moving parts on the outside of the freezer at the back near the bottom. Is it humming or making any kind of continuous noise? If it is, but your freezer is still not cooling at all, there may be a serious problem with one or more of these areas: The compressor The condenser The evaporator You can't service these yourself. You need to contact a qualified appliance repair technician. If the compressor isn't running but you do have power to the freezer, there may be a problem in one or more of these areas: The compressor The overload and relay The defrost timer

The fill valve for the ice maker could be stuck partially open and dripping into the ice maker. If this is the case shut off the water line to the ice maker and if the water stops you will need to replace the ice maker fill vavle

do you hear any fans running?  by the temp staying cold on the drawers whih are in the lower area of the freezer it indiates to me that the fans are inoperable. to test open freezer door then push in light switch by hand and listen for the fans to come on. if it turns out you have bad motor you most likely will have to call a sub zero dealer to have repaired. messge me back with any questions peyton

you do not leave them alone they may have refrigerant flowing through them. look in your owners manual/instructions for more info.

Also an refrigeration appliance technician would know the wiring by heart and take 20 minutes maximum to work it out.

Question edited to add maker! All questions need 'make model (what it is) as first three words. That is an overheating fault. Replace the fluff with no fluff. Make sure the condenser coils are free of dust and there is good airflow Or It is low on refrigerant gas and you need a service tech.. ..

Is it on Economy Mode? That only chills the bottom area. Check the condenser fins are cleaned of dust. That needs doing every 6 months. Or it needs refrigerant gas. ..
