It is freeware I have downloaded from CNET.com Download, which I find a safe site through which to download both freeware and software which must be purchased.This is the link:http://download.cnet.com/s/revo-uninstaller/Left click on the link for the Free version. Follow the on-screen downloading and installation instructions. Once Revo Uninstaller is installed, check the Help file to see the User Guide and learn the steps to follow to fully remove unwanted software. Acrobat reader is free. Acrobat pro is not free. There are other free programs to create PDF's. Really, Adobe is offering the readers for all systems for free. Be aware sometimes PDF files are password protected. You even can't read them with acrobat reader, if you don't have the password. Please use a different PDF creation application. Your program not have the proper feature set or has a bug.

You should have an automatic option in each programme installed on the same compute allowing you to create a pdf file in all programmes. It may be in the toolbar option edit/ toolbar.

With most PDF creators a virtual printer is created when you install the software. That is where you would adjust the paper size. When you print to your PDF printer, before you click print, click on the PDF print options, Page Setup, and the select the Paper tab. Choose the paper size that you would like the PDF to be formatted to. Click OK and the print to the PDF writer printer.

Additionally, Cosmi includes user manuals when you install their software. It can be found here:
1. Click Start
2. Select Programs (or All Programs)
3. Select the name of the program you just installed (you may have to Select Cosmi, then Select the program name)
4. From your program's sub-menu, you should see Manual or PDF Manual.

Chances are that it will not work. Contact the manufacturer and check their Support pages. There may be a download but if it's Windows 95 era I doubt it.

Have you went to the software manufacturer's website to see if they have an updated driver for their software/. Have you checked the playstore ? Or windows store or Apple store, whichever applies and just do a simple search in the search box for the drivers...
