Why my foos saver is not sealing
I've found with mine I have to hold down firmly on the top while unit is heating the bag to seal it. I continue to hold the lid down for about 10 seconds after heating stops until the seal cools. Hope this helps.

Motor runs, beaters don't turn
The brushbar or brushroll of an upright vacuum is mostly belt driven for a very practical reason - if something jams it the belt will slip rather than burning out the motor. Some uprights have a clutch that disengages the drive to the brushbar automatically when in the upright position...
A vacuum in real life picks up stuff that doesn't always end up in the dustbag - carpet fibres, hair, sticky sweets and stuff and a considerable amount can become wrapped around the brushbar and slowing it down and making the belt slip. Drive belts deteriorate naturally but when slipping occurs the condition goes downhill rapidly.
The brushbar has a bearing at each end and these sometimes seize, though I have yet to replace one as I usually manage to free them and persuade a little lubricant in them.
When the belt begins slipping and finally fails, it usually takes a little time before the owner discovers something is wrong. By that time a fair amount of stuff has been picked up by the suction alone but because it hasn't been thrown back by the brushes with the usual velocity, much of what has been picked up gets stuck in the internal pipes and never reaches the dustbag.
It is rarely a matter of fitting a new belt - a belt failure usually means an hour or more of cleaning it out; a second vacuum cleaner is invaluable for this...
Fitting a new belt before it is needed is the answer...

Bought a oase pondovac opened it put it together pluged it it turned on switch and it shows powers on but vac. didnt start any help or ideas ?
If the price is an indication your Pondovac is seriously premium equipment, but perhaps not as it is clear shopping around can produce discounts, depending on model.
If the appliance is new and doesn't work out of the box as per instruction manual it should be assumed to be faulty and returned to the supplier for exchange or refund.
I have no experience of them but I would expect there is somewhere a method to prevent sludge and water entering the motor head and this might be a switch to cut the motor when the bin is full though the description speaks of intelligent circuitry and an automatic restart after the bin is drained - I don't think any circuitry is telepathic and whatever provides the information might be stuck or faulty...
Clearly, with the additional circuitry, checking is more complex and specialised than with the average vacuum cleaner and if the instructions have been followed, nothing more can be done without opening the head casing.
