I have a Newhome DF500DIT Oven/Cooktop and it won't turn on.
If your Newhome DF500DIT Oven/Cooktop is not turning on, there are a few possible reasons and troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Power Supply: Check if the oven/cooktop is receiving power. Ensure it is plugged into a functioning power outlet and that there is power to that outlet. You can try plugging in another device to verify if the outlet is working properly.
- Circuit Breaker: Check the circuit breaker or fuse box to see if the circuit that supplies power to the oven/cooktop has tripped or if a fuse has blown. If so, reset the breaker or replace the fuse.
- Control Settings: Ensure that the oven/cooktop controls are set correctly. Check that the knobs or buttons are in the proper position for turning on the appliance. Refer to the user manual for specific instructions on operating the oven/cooktop.
- Safety Features: Some ovens/cooktops have safety features that may prevent them from turning on if certain conditions are not met. Make sure that all doors, lids, or safety switches are properly closed or engaged.
- Timer Function: If your oven/cooktop has a timer function, check if it has been set or if there is a delay start feature that may be causing a delay in turning on.
If you have tried these troubleshooting steps and the oven/cooktop still does not turn on, it may be best to contact the manufacturer's customer support or a qualified technician for further assistance. They can provide you with specific guidance and help diagnose and resolve any technical issues with your Newhome DF500DIT Oven/Cooktop.

Hoover oven hoc3e3158IN, isn't working.
The error code "8888" on your Hoover oven HOC3E3158IN indicates a communication error between the electronic control board and the user interface panel. This can happen due to a power surge or a fault with the control board or the panel.
Here are some steps you can try to resolve the issue:
1. Turn off the power to the oven by unplugging it or turning off the circuit breaker for a few minutes, then turn it back on. (Which you have already done of course). I am just going through the logical steps.
2. Check the wiring connections between the control board and the user interface panel to ensure they are secure and free from damage or corrosion.
3. If the wiring connections are fine, you may need to replace either the control board or the panel. You can try contacting Hoover's customer support or a qualified technician to diagnose and repair the issue.
4. If the oven is still under warranty, you may be able to get a free repair or replacement.
It's important to note that tampering with the oven's electronic components can be dangerous and may void your warranty, so it's best to seek professional help if you're not familiar with electrical repairs.

Cpc rational cleanjet didn't start
All question need full 'make model (what it is)', in that order and properly capitalized to help you. The current jumble of words and letter is confusing my search query. However, from my 50 year career in catering I can tell you that if this is a Rational Combi Oven they can only be serviced by factory trained technicians.
When my last one was purchased for $48,000 (Plus $16k to run power, drainage and water [in an airport]) I asked the rep how reliable they were? He told me very reliable and only needs a yearly service. It broke down 6 weeks later. Great machine though and the self cleaning feature is just wonderful.

and worse this way as you wrote it. Even a numerical model number would have helped.

Howdens HJA 3300 oven. The clock is flickering. Should I be worried?
The flickering clock on your Howdens HJA 3300 oven could be an indication of an issue with the power supply or the clock circuitry itself. However, as the digits never disappear, it is possible that the issue is not serious and may not require immediate attention.
If the flickering only happens occasionally and does not affect the functionality of the oven, you may choose to monitor the situation for now and see if it worsens over time. However, if you start to experience other issues with the oven or if the flickering becomes more frequent or intense, it may be a good idea to have it checked by a professional technician.
In any case, it is generally recommended to have appliances that are over 10 years old regularly serviced and inspected to ensure they are functioning properly and to address any potential safety concerns.

Simpson Polaris oven light staying on?
It's possible that the wiring of the new light unit is causing the issue with the light staying on even when the oven is not in use. Here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the problem:
- Double-check the wiring of the new light unit to ensure that it was installed correctly. Make sure that the wires are connected to the correct terminals and that there are no loose connections.
- Check the light switch to make sure that it is functioning properly. The switch may be stuck in the "on" position or may be faulty, causing the light to stay on even when the oven is not in use.
- If the wiring and switch are both functioning properly, it's possible that there is a problem with the control board or relay that controls the oven light. A professional technician may need to diagnose and repair any faulty components.
- Alternatively, you can try resetting the oven by turning off the power to the appliance for a few minutes and then turning it back on again. This can sometimes resolve issues with electronic controls.
If you're unsure of how to perform any of these steps or are uncomfortable working with electrical components, it's recommended to contact a professional technician for assistance.

Lamona Lam3707 oven ER 15
The error code ER 15 on your Lamona Lam3707 oven indicates a problem with the temperature sensor. The temperature sensor is a small device located inside the oven that measures the temperature and sends a signal to the oven control board. If the control board receives a signal that is outside the normal temperature range, it will display the error code.
To fix this issue, you may need to replace the temperature sensor. Here are the steps you can take:
- Unplug the oven from the power source.
- Locate the temperature sensor. It is usually located at the back of the oven, near the top.
- Remove the screws holding the temperature sensor in place and gently pull it out of the oven.
- Disconnect the wires from the sensor.
- Install the new temperature sensor by connecting the wires and securing it with the screws.
- Plug the oven back in and turn it on to see if the error code has been resolved.
If replacing the temperature sensor does not solve the issue, it may be a problem with the oven control board, and you may need to contact a professional technician to diagnose and repair the problem.

Parmco oven temperature knob stuck in how do I fix it please thx Tony
Hi Tony! If your Parmco oven temperature knob is stuck, you can try a few things to fix it. Here are some suggestions:
- Try applying some lubricant: You can try applying a small amount of WD-40 or silicone lubricant around the base of the knob. This might help loosen it up and make it easier to turn.
- Use pliers: If the knob is stuck, you can try using pliers to turn it. Wrap a cloth around the knob to protect it from scratches and then use the pliers to gently turn it. Be careful not to apply too much force or you might break the knob.
- Check for obstructions: Sometimes, the knob can get stuck because something is blocking it from turning. Check to see if anything inside the oven might be preventing the knob from turning.
- Call a professional: If none of the above solutions work, you might need to call a professional to come and take a look at your oven. They'll be able to diagnose the problem and fix it for you.
I hope these suggestions help you fix your Parmco oven temperature knob!
