This is a communication issue between the sub remote controller and the master remote controller.
This fault occurs when a remote controller that has been set to sub cannot see the master remote controller that has to be installed on the fan coil.
Please check the wiring for the remote controllers to ensure correct connections, also if there is only one remote on the unit ensure that the Main/Sub switch is set to Main.

try changing pipesensor or thermostat they are most likley to go on a aircon let me know if it worked it should cause i had the same problem with mine till i changed the pipesensor and thermostat

Why do you need to dismantle this? Some of these types of cooler do not have replaceable parts inside. They are usually classed as a "Throw away" machine. It is often easier and cheaper to replace it than repair it.
