My coil is all rusted

Highly unlikely, I would just get a few prices on replacing and get it done. Hard to prove a factory defect & most warranties are on moving parts & electrical.

My furnance will not light.

The ignitor is hot surface I'm assuming. If it is, it will have a molex plug on the 2 lead wires. Unplug & Ohm it out with an Ohm meter. It should be anywhere between 50 & 100 ohms. If the resistance is any higher, replace it.

My ac unit will come on for a minute then turn off for a minute, it keeps repeating this action. What is the problem?

Check the refrigerant pressures. it may be turning off from low or high pressure limits with automatic resets. If you have a digital thermostat, there is a programming function in the installation instructions for setting the AC cycles per hour. If the AC is oversized, it will short cycle.
